During this time of a struggling economy Jeff Successfully started his own Internet Marketing Business in may of 2007 after Laying off His Boss after he was informed that the company he was working for announced it was downsizing and that Jeff was going to be losing his jobs and the benefits that went with his position.  Jeff successfully created and launched his first Internet Product http://www.layoffyourboss.com, which he generated $104,439.00 within the first 30 days.  

May of 2007 after Jeff was informed that he would be loosing his job.  He got to wondering what would he do next.

Well Jeff’s son Keith Wellman who is very successful in the world of IM decided that Jeff should  give IM a try.  Jeff had  never really consider this as an option but he knew he needed to do something.  Unemployment was not an option at this point as it would not pay the bills.

Keith told his father to go look in his email inbox where Jeff found round trip tickets to his son’s home so that he could fly down and train with his son and learn the arts of Internet Marketing. 

Keith told his father that this was his choice but unless he had another option he needed to get on the plane and fly down to Atlanta and give things a try.

Jeff took his son up on his offer and found himself doing things he never dreamed were possible for him to be doing.

Jeff found himself in the next couple days interviewing experts,  writing an E-book, and making videos.  He attended Kenneth McAurthur’s Get Your Product Done Live event in Atlanta Ga where Jeff was able to meet and interview some of the most recognized marketers known such as Matt Bacak, Harris Fellman, Heather Vale, Ken McArthur, Glenn Dietzel, Frank Sousa, Simon Leung, Sterling Valentine, Gary Ambrose, and many others.

Jeff found out that he was not going to be left all alone to figure out his way.  These were real people that are there to help.

Jeff launched his first Internet product http://www.layoffyourboss.comproduct almost 3 weeks after he got on the plane to his sons’s home.  (Jeff recommend going a little slower if your situation allows) this project got it’s name when he thought how awesome it would be if instead of getting laid off from your job, wouldn’t it be great to be in the position to  Layoff the boss first.

Jeff is Married to  Lorraine Wellman the most wonderful woman a guy could have the pleasure of experiencing life together with.  Jeff and Lorraine were married June 19th 1982. 

Jeff is the father of 6 wonderful children. Jennifer, Keith, Aleisia, Jake, Brandon, Jasmine…each unique and special in their own rights.

Jeff is the children’s pastor at the White Cloud Church of God in White Cloud Michigan and helps out in the teen programs, He also loves to lead worship and sing special at church and other local, area churches

Jeff loves gardening, hobby farming, singing, relationships building, special education, and just enjoying life the way God has intended for us to live.
